As above you should be discussing the role as this is how you identify your transferable skills and demonstrate an understanding of the profession you are hoping to join eventually and so if you do not clarify what the role is you cannot identify the skills that you have that are transferable. The role requires medical expertise as well as the ability to handle large amounts of stress and pressure.
